Head Coach - Patrick Stanton
Patrick Stanton enters his first season as head coach of the Boston College men’s club lacrosse team.
Before BC, Stanton was the defensive coordinator for Cal Poly in 2019, helping the Mustangs advance to the 2019 MCLA National Championships sponsored by New Balance.
Prior to joining Cal Poly, he was a member of the United States Air Force from 2012-18. Based in both Japan and California, Stanton was a flight commander for the 18 Munitions Squadron and the 576 Flight Test Squadron.
A 2012 graduate of Northeastern University, Stanton earned a BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. He played goalie for the Huskies men’s lacrosse team in 2011 after a prep career at the St. Sebastian’s School (MA).
asst. Coach - Corey O'Connor
Corey grew up playing lacrosse in Sandwich, MA. He attended Clarkson University in upstate New York where he played division 3 as a midfielder.
He works as a project manager for a construction company in Boston and lives in Medford with his wife and son.
asst. Coach - Ryan Cook
Ryan Cook enters his first season as an assistant coach of the Boston College men’s club lacrosse team.
Prior to BC, Ryan co-founded the Warpigs Men’s Lacrosse Club in Manchester winning numerous 20+ team tournaments between '08 and '13. From '09 to '11 he was the defensive coordinator and assistant coach at Exeter High School (NH). He also spent 2 years as an assistant coach at Morse High School (ME) in '14 and '15.
Ryan was a four-year starter for the Plymouth State Panthers in New Hampshire at the LSM position. He is currently on the active roster for the River Rats in the ONELL at the LSM position and is working as a real estate agent in Newton MA, where he lives with his wife and two young children.
